These are tags that appear next a person's username.
[Banned] - This users was banned from the site because they are a scammer. Do NOT make any exchange with them. If a banned user won one of your auctions, please contact support to get a credit for the fees.
[Not Verified] - If you see this tag the member has not verified their account yet. Members can verify their account from the My Account > User Verification page in the Members area. It is an automated process where members have to verify a phone number and their Paypal account. Once they have been verified, a normal reputation link (0) will be visible.
[Suspended] - This tag is reserved for users that have been suspended because either they created multiple accounts, abused the site, their email address has become invalid or for many other reasons. We do not recommend making any exchanges with these users until their account is unsuspended.
(Q) I get the following error when trying to make payment via Paypal:
"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."
or
"To complete your payment, your country of residence must be same as the country to which you are shipping."
(A) Go to My Account > Manage Account, and uncheck the "Paypal Address Override" box.
